Refund policy
We make fun accessories, and we want you happy! We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. But...if you need more time, just let us know and we will work with you.
Please make sure your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Thats fair...and the boss Summer Joy's rules to get refunded.
To start a return, you can contact us at summerjoyboutiquefun@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Remember, contact us first! Summer Joy says items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues
Happy Mail Day!!! Remember, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Mistakes happen. The boss Summer Joy makes sure we quality check all items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The majority of our products are limited editions and quantities.The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new selection of equal value. If you do not see a product you want at the time of return, we will credit your account for the purchase amount, less shipping. Or...let us know you are willing to wait for the next limited edition scrunchie batch...and choose a winner for you. Scrunchies should always be about Fun Fashion.
Refunds
No worries. We promise we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We are sorry things did not work out :-(
